Perfect Match Interiors Ltd serves trade customers exclusively. We require verification of business activity before supplying new customers. We reserve the right to decline any application that fails to meet our criteria and to discontinue supply to any customer at our discretion.
Payment
-
All goods must be fully paid for prior to, or at the time of delivery/collection. Our preferred payment method is BACS/bank transfer. Payment by cheque is accepted only at our discretion, provided funds are cleared.

A charge of £40 will be applied for cheques returned with 'Refer to Drawer,' and subsequent payments will only be accepted via card, BACS, or cash.

All goods remain the property of Perfect Match Interiors Ltd until payment is received in full.

As of June 22, 2022, payments made via business credit or debit cards will incur a 2% surcharge. Payments made with personal debit or credit cards, or via online bank transfer, will not attract additional fees.
Delivery

The minimum order value for dispatch is £450 + VAT, where applicable. Deliveries to Mainland UK will incur a £45 delivery fee for orders between £450 and £800. Please note we only deliver to Mainland UK and Ireland. Deliveries to other UK and global locations will be quoted individually.

Minimum delivery thresholds are based on stock availability at the time the order is processed. Out-of-stock items will not count towards the minimum carriage value. Customers will need to adjust their orders to meet the necessary criteria.

For deliveries to the ROI via articulated lorry, customers must ensure their premises can accommodate this type of vehicle. Additional charges may apply for specific areas, such as West Galway, West Cork, County Mayo, County Kerry, and Rural Donegal.

Approximate delivery times will be provided when an order is placed. Until confirmed by our staff, these times are estimates, and we cannot be held liable for any losses due to late delivery.

Products in our monthly warehouse clearance are offered at significantly reduced prices; thus, discretionary delivery charges may apply if orders consist mainly of these items.

Our delivery note must be signed by the customer or their representative upon receipt. Delivery drivers from Perfect Match Interiors Ltd will verify that the correct goods have been delivered and will note any discrepancies.

If a scheduled delivery cannot occur due to non-payment or the absence of the customer, a charge of £50 will be incurred.

The recipient is responsible for ensuring adequate access for the delivery of goods. Assistance from the delivery driver may also be required for offloading.

Most deliveries are conducted through a third-party carrier service. Customers must inform us of any delivery site restrictions. We request that all deliveries use a tail lift; however, forklift assistance may occasionally be needed.

Our drivers and third-party couriers can wait for a maximum of 15 minutes before unloading. If unloading assistance is required but not available, they may need to leave due to a busy schedule. If this occurs, it will be considered a failed delivery and may incur a redelivery charge.

All shipments are subject to the discretion of Perfect Match Interiors Ltd and may require adjustments based on order volume and carrier availability.

Items labeled as 'Oversized Item' may incur additional charges based on delivery location, overall order size, urgency, and availability of a forklift on site. Most orders are shipped via third-party pallet couriers; oversized items may necessitate an additional pallet charge or a delay until we can arrange a delivery vehicle to your area.
Cash & Carry

Our minimum order for goods collected from the warehouse is £300 + VAT. The warehouse operates Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm by appointment only. Customers arriving without an appointment may view the showroom but may not be able to take their order immediately. Orders for collection must be placed by 3 pm on the day of collection.

Perfect Match Interiors recommends that customers book appointments several days in advance, especially during peak times.

Customers must verify all goods upon collection from the warehouse. Perfect Match Interiors Ltd accepts no liability for any damages or shortages if items are not checked at the time of collection.

Collection is restricted to customers or their employees. We do not permit collections by couriers unless they are our nominated couriers and have prior approval.
Stock Information & Pricing

Stock and pricing details are accessible on our website for registered users only. Prices will not be discussed over the phone.

Until goods are in stock at our warehouse and listed on our website, lead times provided are estimates. Shipping delays due to customs inspections and other factors may affect delivery.

Many products are handmade or hand-finished. As such, minor variations in finish may occur. For instance, ceramic items may have slight differences in size and shape or exhibit firing marks, glaze bubbles, or runs. Glass products may also have bubbles or color variations. These handmade characteristics are not faults and will not be grounds for returns.

The minimum order value applies only to in-stock items. Out-of-stock items ordered may be included in a future order to meet the minimum delivery value but will not be shipped separately.

We strive for accuracy in stock information provided. However, we do not advise customers to sell or accept deposits on items not in their possession. Perfect Match Interiors Ltd accepts no responsibility if goods become out of stock.

All prices listed are exclusive of VAT, which is not included in minimum order calculations.

Perfect Match Interiors Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time. Despite our efforts to maintain consistent pricing, many factors beyond our control may influence item costs. Prices for back orders may fluctuate until shipments arrive in the UK.
Returns Policy

Customers must report any damages or discrepancies in delivered goods within 14 days of receipt. After this period, Perfect Match Interiors Ltd will not accept any liability.

Damages or shortages must be reported in writing, preferably accompanied by photographic evidence sent to contact@pminterior.co.uk.

We will arrange for the collection and replacement, credit, or refund of damaged goods only if they are in their original packaging. Cartons must be clearly marked with the customer’s business name, invoice number, and a description of the fault.

Where feasible, we will provide spare parts instead of entire replacement items.

The collection of damaged goods is at the discretion of Perfect Match Interiors Ltd and must align with local delivery schedules.

Only faulty or damaged goods are eligible for return.

Perfect Match Interiors Ltd reserves the right to refuse the collection of improperly packaged or labeled goods.

For orders delivered to UK addresses and then shipped overseas by the customer, any returns must be sent back to the original UK address where Perfect Match Interiors initially delivered the goods for returns to be honored.

Perfect Match Interiors Ltd reserves the right to void any unused credit notes after 18 months from the original issuance date.
Internet Sales

As with all customers, online retailers must provide proof of trade before opening an account. Perfect Match Interiors Ltd reserves the right to close or refuse purchasing accounts at any time. New applications from customers without retail or commercial premises, or those selling from a residential address, may be denied.

Perfect Match Interiors Ltd holds the copyright for all imagery, text, and design on the website. Customers found using any of these elements for their own promotion without prior permission will have their purchasing accounts terminated immediately.

Perfect Match Interiors Ltd does not allow the sale or promotion of its products through multi-retailer websites like eBay and Amazon, with exceptions for platforms such as Etsy, Trouva, and "NotOnTheHighStreet." Any new or existing customers found using multi-retailer websites to market our products will have their purchasing accounts closed without warning.

The name "Perfect Match Interiors Ltd" must not be used as a brand in any context, including abbreviations.

Perfect Match Interiors Ltd does not permit its imagery to be used on social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.). Social media should only serve as a promotional tool for advertising the retailer's business, using their own photos and linking to their own websites. Customers who arrange private sales, sell solely through Facebook stores without having their own website or physical shop, or endorse "showrooming" (visiting retail stores to view products and then purchasing online) will have their accounts closed.

All online retail customers of Perfect Match Interiors Ltd must clearly display their postal address and contact telephone number on their website.

Online retailers are not allowed to promote the sale of Perfect Match Interiors Ltd products in a manner that could potentially harm or damage the reputation of Perfect Match Interiors Ltd or its products. This includes the use of automatic repricing software.

Products from Perfect Match Interiors Ltd must not be sold on customers' websites that promote excessive or unrealistic "flash sale" events and discount code promotions.

Retailers selling returned, damaged, or faulty Perfect Match Interiors Ltd products, whether in a clearance section or otherwise, must clearly indicate this on both the product category page and the individual product page.
General

Customers must inform Perfect Match Interiors Ltd if there is any discrepancy between their trading name and the registered account business name. Additionally, notification is required if you wish to stock our products at a different location from where the delivery occurred.

Exclusivity may be granted to existing stockists for specific items purchased within the last six months. We believe our extensive product range allows multiple stockists in the same area to operate without conflict.

As of November 12, 2020, our sales order processing has become automated. By submitting your order, you confirm that all product, address, and contact information is accurate. Perfect Match Interiors Ltd will not be liable, financially or otherwise, for any incorrect information submitted.

We no longer allow customers to remove items from orders that have been picked and invoiced. While additions can still be made at this stage, we do not have the staffing capabilities to remove items from orders that have already been picked and packed for dispatch. If items must be removed after invoicing, a restocking charge will apply.

Perfect Match Interiors Ltd can provide a minimum Suggested Sale Price (SSP) for their products. This price is intended as a guideline for retailers and must not be used for any form of promotion or marketing by the retailer in comparison to their retail price.

Under no circumstances shall Perfect Match Interiors Ltd be liable for any loss of profit or other economic loss.
